Your application context stays under your account.

Kairos stores the profile facts and sources you choose to provide, sanitized job-page captures, generated structured artifacts, provenance, review history, and validated releases. Every product record and protected object is scoped to the stable account established by Google sign-in.

Model processing

Approved evidence excerpts and relevant job wording may be sent to the configured server-side model provider to draft materials. The browser extension never calls the model directly, and Kairos does not retain raw model request or response bodies in infrastructure logs.

Capture and retention

Capture happens only when you explicitly confirm it. Kairos does not collect browsing history, hidden fields, passwords, file values, or your entered form values. Raw sanitized page payloads expire after 30 days; normalized role evidence and selected excerpts remain while their owning record exists.

Control

You can export your product data and preview the impact before deleting a capture, source, role/package, or account. Account deletion disables access immediately and schedules protected data for hard deletion within 30 days.
